Purple salvage items - Guild Wars Forums

What re they for? Only to unlock runes in pvp? What ill recieve by salvaging them? Maybe i could just sell them to another players- re they something worth? I gor for example Dwarven Armor of Minor Vigor (increases max health)

You can salvage them and apply to your armor. Or sell them if you do not need them. Use expert salvage kits if you want to get the rune.

That's pretty much what they're for. Purples unlock major runes; golds unlock superior. Expert salvage it, and either use it or sell it.
